Hello, everyone out there in mlm land. I hope your struggles and all those objections you’ll have to overcome will be at a minimum for you today. One thing I’ve learned is, it helps not to take yourself to seriously, and I’m serious about that. It works great in any home business, trust me.

Lets focus on excellence if you got a minute. You see so many achieving great things, as though their is no ceiling in every opportunity for them. This is a fact and they do make the effort, and it just goes to show you if your willing to figure it out, the sky is the limit. No if’s, and’s, or but’s.

Ok, before I continue, I would like us all to do the mlm signature pose. Just stand and put your one arm resting on the other, then rest your chin on your fist, then look intellegently confused. Alright, that’s the way, you can sit down now and we’ll move on.

The problem I see, is especially with many newcomers in the home business industry, whether mlm or what ever, is they sponsor very little or not at all. They sit in on the training but still have a hard time sponsoring. Well, that probably has to do with old school or internet marketing methods that don’t work anymore.

Do you know where I’m coming from? You try everything your company has provided you with, do all your marketing chores everyday, and no new prospects. Now how much did you pay to be an affiliate, $750, $1750, maybe even $2750? And you struggle not knowing what to do or where to turn anymore.

Getting back to excellence, that’s not even tugging on the last thread of it. You joined a mlm opportunity for a reason, spent time looking at all the compensation plans and products, how the companies are set up, and your hopes of growing a network are not coming close to hatching. What’s it going to take to sponsor a handfull of reps to get of to a good start?

Many will jump from program to program wasting money, thinking it’s the company they joined. They are looking for a magic lamp not a serious opportunity to roll up their sleeve’s to get it done. That’s all it really takes is the right knowledge and a little dedication to build any mlm network. You have to offer excellence, and something that is effecient for you and your future downline. Thats all there is to it!

So not long ago you became involved in a home business, convinced yourself your going to be great at this. Your going to get rich, expensive car, travel the world, have complete control over eveything, and don’t forget be your own boss. Sleep in if you like, no more kissing anybody’s you know what.

Your companies compensation plan is over whelming, the product is the newest trend and will fly off the shelfs. When people go to your website, they will see how unbelievable it is and want to join. The company has it set up so I won’t have to do hardly a thing. Click and paste, that’s all there is to it.

Let’s see it’s been 4 or 5 months and you actually got 2 people to come on board? Then they didn’t last that long, and you can’t believe after all the time you spent doing all that posting it didn’t get any better than that. What the heck is wrong with everybody, are they all clueless.

I suppose that’s the way it goes down for some, regardless of what advise they get they never get a handle on networking. Each day they work the tools that have been provide them by their company, only to be dissapointed to get maybe 2 visitors a week at their website. That’s no way to get ahead.

What you need to realize is, there’s more than being diciplined and using those tools for your marketing chores to drive traffic to your opportunity website. I’m not talking about spending money each week on phone leads, not a chance. They call them warm leads, already interested, uh huh.

Just about each and everytime that missing piece most networkers never discover, keeps them from success. Burned out from the roller coaster of emotions, partly because they thought their home business was going to solve all their problems with the push of a button, they are now fed up. It’s that missing piece of the puzzle everytime.

I read through my opportunity website every week. It inspire’s the heck out of me, everything is so perfect. How the products and the compensation plan are laid out is amazing. Each and every visitor looking for a great opportunity should connect to this inner genius. But that’s not the way it is unless you have a reliable sponsoring system, otherwise your spinning your wheels.
